The policy of the courses.
Japan Language Factory is a school for everyone who wants to improve their Japanese communication skills.
In order to follow the course smoothly for you and other students,
please read this policy.
✔️Internet environment.
Before the lesson, make sure that your internet is stable and that zoom is working properly. We recommend taking our lesson from your computer not from mobile in order to see sentences well with a bigger monitor.
✔️On time.
Your booked lessons are very important 1 hour for each class.
please attend the lesson on time. In case if you are late for the classes, the Ending hours are the same as we scheduled for other students who are waiting for the class after you.
✔️During the lesson
During the lesson, make sure to take the lesson in a quiet environment so that you can concentrate on the lesson. Also, stay at your desk with your pen, textbook, and your notebook. and concentrate.Also, be sure to turn on the camera so that you can communicate well with your coach.
✔️Rescheduling Request
If you would like to change your booked lesson, please use our rescheduling request form below at least 24 hours in advance.
When you are booking the lesson, other students won’t be able to book the same hours with the same coach. In order to give the slot to others fairly, please be aware of rescheduling as soon as possible for any reasons. In case you notify after passing 24 hours, the coach will send you the homework to do the self-study as counted lessons.
✔️Joining a group session
The purpose of the group sessions is to practice with others to learn something from others’ mistakes or success stories. Also, practice speaking in front of people in order to speak confidently in pressured situations for your personal life or business situation.
Easy training won’t give you high skills but hard training gives you high skills. Let’s join group sessions as much as possible on live.
In case you couldn’t join the group session, you must watch the videos after the lessons.

Our JLF Ambassador students are managing our community chat in order to share our experiences with each other and make new learning friends in JLF. Whether you can make the bilingual environment or not, is up to your action and the people around you.

why don’t you become a mentor and help other foreigners who are having trouble speaking Japanese?
As a JLF member, if you introduce our master course to other foreigners who want to speak Japanese, and they join, you will be rewarded for every person you introduce to us.
You can earn $330 for each person you refer to us.
(10 percent of your payment) If you refer 10 people to us,
we will award you with a Master Course Advisor certificate.
If you refer 10 people, you will be certified as a Master Course Advisor.
